Even decay has a rhythm.
The Seek Ap says this is "Crowded Parchment" fungus, but I was thinking "Turkey Tail". The internet tells me that Crowded Parchment is a False Turkey Tail or "a very close lookalike".
Regardless, I decided to take my shot!

My first bass guitar. Purchased back in 1978, a Japanese no-name brand. It was what I played my first time playing in public. I sold it to a friend around 1979/80, who gifted it back to me 30+ years later. There's some mojo here for sure.
