Bracket Fungus on Tree

 

Even decay has a rhythm.

The Seek Ap says this is "Crowded Parchment" fungus, but I was thinking "Turkey Tail".  The internet tells me that Crowded Parchment is a False Turkey Tail or "a very close lookalike".

Regardless, I decided to take my shot!

Not put away... Not being played... Still listening.  

My first bass guitar.  Purchased back in 1978, a Japanese no-name brand.  It was what I played my first time playing in public.   I sold it to a friend around 1979/80, who gifted it back to me 30+ years later. There's some mojo here for sure.

Old Bridge, Kimmswick, MO.  Looks like this bridge was originally built in 1874, moved to this location in 1930.  Currently limited to pedestrian traffic.

 This is an analog photo, taken on my Nikon FM2, which I've owned for about 45 years.  I recently finished a 36 exposure roll of film, this was on it.  Probably taken between 2022 and 2026, probably the Mississippi River between Alton and Grafton, IL.  But not sure.
